The Label Mill 1501 automatic label applicator makes capabilities standard that were once custom on automatic applicators. More than two dozen I/O points allow for easy integration to scales, bar-code scanners, product diverters, automatic machines, conveyor lines, remote trigger, tamp synchronization, and indicator signals such as low label, broken web, batch done, and more.

Selections of several standard features are easy to enter using the touch pad and large display. The controller software is user-friendly, password protected, and Y2K compatible. Selectable features include batch counter, job storage of up to ten jobs, and operational modes.

The high-speed servo motor drive sets the standard for label applicators, outperforming stepper and clutch/brake applicators in speed, accuracy, and dependability. Built-in automatic features make set up and operation easy and intuitive. These features include automatic set up, automatic label detect, missing label detect and advance, automatic speed compensation, and conveyor speed tracking.

The 1501 is designed for heavy-duty industrial use and is available in left- and right-hand models.
