Beck America SCCR 5019 series staples are specialized, 20-gauge fine-wire fasteners featuring a proprietary PowerCrown peaked architecture. They are intentionally designed for heavy-duty commercial desktop binding, foot-stitcher applications, display header card stapling and packaging assembly. The crown profile incorporates an explicit inward-facing peak. When a compatible tool forces the crown flat during compression, the energy is directed straight into the staple legs, bowing them tightly inward to achieve an ultra-strong hold on thick corrugated backing, paperboards or booklets.
