Rapid Repair, our tool repair program, is a fast and efficient way to repair and service tools of all kinds including small body tools, pneumatic tools, gas powered tools and strapping tools, and much more.
LINC Systems services all major brands of pneumatic tools and power tools including top brands like Paslode, Duofast, Bostitch, DeWalt, Everwin, Hitachi, Senco, Teknika, Signode, Fromm, Omer, Spotnails, BEA, and many more.

Flat Rates on Tool Repairs
Small-Body Tool (18 gauge or less): $40
Large Pneumatics: $50
Gas-Powered Tools: $65
Strapping Tools: $85/hour + parts

Tool Repair Program Instructions
- Simply complete the provided RAPID REPAIR service tag and attach to the tool. Include your contact information, list of tools in the shipment, and a brief description of the problem to expedite your repairs.
- Place tool(s) in an appropriate shipping container and place the provided RAPID REPAIR shipping label to the exterior of container. Apply a RAPID REPAIR sticker to the container so your repair moves to the front of the queue.
- Ship tools via UPS, Fed Ex or other carrier that provides shipment tracking and insurance.
(Customer is responsible for shipping cost to LINC Systems. Return shipping cost is provided by LINC Systems via UPS.)
- We will thoroughly clean and repair the tools received. This will include some common parts that are needed to bring the tools back to working condition, all backed by our 30-day parts and labor warranty for repaired tools.
- You will be contacted for approval on any repair that exceeds our published rates or may require special servicing.
- There will be a minimum $20 diagnostic fee on all tools. The fee will be applied toward the repair cost.
